Fabulous Christmas Photos

The tree is up, the presents are wrapped and the camera is loaded with film. Christmas always brings so much excitement and anticipation each year--so why the long face? You're thinking about your photos from last year, aren't you? Still waiting patiently in the envelope to be scrapbooked... If you are like me, you find Christmas photos so challenging. I love the holiday, but my photos are such an explosion of color that it is hard to present them on a page without it looking busier than the mall on December 24th. If this happens to you, why not try a different approach to your holiday memory keeping this year? Look beyond the rainbow of colored lights to focus in on some of the other things that you love about the season. There are a number of ideas that represent Christmas to me. One of my favorite things to do is to lie under the Christmas tree and look up at the lights. But you know what? I have never thought about taking a photograph that way. It has become a yearly tradition for me that has no documentation anywhere in my albums. Is there something that you do that is special to you? Have you added it to your scrapbook yet?
