Faith in God is what guides me, and leads me through life’s trials and challenges. It plays a part in every decision I make, how I interact with other people, and the things I do each day. I would be leaving out a very important element of my life and my family if I failed to pass along my faith, values, and beliefs in my scrapbooks. “Passing on your Legacy of Love,” written by Marci Whitford, is a heartfelt account of a woman creating a scrapbook about being a mother and striving to present a true account of who she really is to her children. At an early age, Marci lost her mother to breast cancer and wasn’t able to know her mom the way she would have wanted. After Marci became a mother herself, she felt it was important to begin recording her thoughts and feelings about being a mother, so she could be sure her children would know her well, even if for some reason she wasn’t able to be there with them. This book is a fantastic reminder of what scrapbooking is really about and how it can bring a family close together and help to teach children and grandchildren long after you’ve passed on. 
The most recent book released by Reminders of Faith is called “Reflections on God's Wonders: Scrapbooking God's Creation in the World around You.” Allison shares her testimony and heartfelt feelings on the pages of her scrapbook as she recognizes God's handprint in the world around her. She shows how your photos of nature can be a reflection of who God is and much more than just a pretty picture.
