Step-by-Step: Smile

These bold simple photos called for a bold yet simple layout design. With a simple quote, color-blocking and a few small embellishments, the design really allows the photographs to shine.

Supplies

• Bazzill red cardstock
• Bazzill green cardstock[K1]
• Bazzill yellow cardstock
• Scenic Route patterned paper
• ribbon
• transparency quote

Instructions:

1. Trim the yellow cardstock to 9" x 9" and adhere to the red background cardstock ½" from the top.
2. Trim the green cardstock to 3" x 9" and adhere next to the yellow.
3. Cut a 2½" x 12" piece from the Scenic Route patterned paper scrap strip and adhere below the cardstock mat.
4. Adhere the transparency quote as shown.
5. Add photos.
6. Tie a knot in the ribbon and adhere below the photos.
