The Crate Paper packs are just about the closest thing to perfection. The paper texture is wonderful and the variety of patterns is sure to please. When I laid eyes on the Hampton Collection I instantly envisioned this old picture of my dad. The colors in the collection match perfectly with the funky, early-70's hues of blue and brown. But whatever photo you choose, this simple layout will be easy to re-create. ![]() Supplies:
Instructions: Take the scrap of "Sailing" patterned paper and punch a circle using the 1-inch circle punch. Ink the solid side of the circle as well as all sides of the cut "Freedom" and "Port Holes" patterned paper. Adhere the "Port Hole" paper onto the right side of the "Freedom" paper leaving an equal ¼-inch margin on the top, bottom and right side. Cut one of the Crate Paper bands to 8 ½" and adhere it to the left side of the page. Using the PSX stamps, stamp part of your title on a solid-colored Crate Paper band, tear off the end and adhere it right under the first band. Adhere the 4" x 6" Crate Paper frame to the right side of the "Port Holes" patterned paper leaving an equal ½-inch margin on the top, bottom, and left sides. Place the picture inside the frame and slide the Crate Paper tag rim underneath the left side. Adhere the book clip inside the tag rim and the punched circle on top of the book clip. Slide and adhere the Crate Paper tag and smaller frame underneath the right side of the picture. Finish the title by inking and placing the Making Memories velvet letter stickers next to the Crate Paper bands. Create journaling strips using the Bazzill cardstock and adhere them over the frame. Label and date the picture on the papered book clip. It's that easy to create this simple layout using Crate Paper!
