Step-by-Step: Adore
Spring brings the magic of fresh flowers, new beginnings, and crisp colors along with all the new products introduced at CHA. This layout features the new Bo Bunny papers along with one of my new favorites, grungeboard. I added a picture of my mother and me to complete this page, which will be framed and given to her on Mother's Day. Supplies: Instructions: - Use red ColorBox chalk ink to color a grunge alphabet letter and set the letter aside to dry.
- Dip brads in clear shimmer gel and set aside to dry.
- Trim Limeade cardstock to 10" x 10" and adhere to the yellow background cardstock.
- Cut two 2" x 10" strips from floral patterned paper.
- Use corner rounder to trim upper left and right corners of one of the floral strips, and the lower left and right corners of the remaining floral strip.
- Adhere one patterned paper strip ¼" from the top of the Limeade cardstock, and the other ¼" from the bottom of the Limeade cardstock.
- Trim a ½" x 10" piece of the stripe patterned paper and adhere just above the lower patterned paper.
- Adhere a photo.
- Use white pigment ink to stamp "adore" onto the grungeboard letter and emboss with white embossing powder.
- Adhere the letter to the right side of the page when dry.
- Arrange three flowers as shown and adhere with white brads.
This layout is perfect to capture your spring memories. Be sure to post your layout in the gallery for all to enjoy.
