Step-by-Step: So Very Cute

When our cat Daphne was a kitten she loved playing in a silk flower arrangement and one day I snapped such a fun photo of her. This whimsical photo of my cat deserved a layout with a very fun feel to it. Doodling, flowers and stickers fit the bill perfectly!

Supplies:

• Piggy Tales Little Miss Muffet Collection Pack
• Scenic Route Monogram Stickers
• American Crafts Thickers
• Daisy D's Arrow Stickers
• Fancy Pants Fashion Sense Felt Shapes Sassy Collection
• Autumn Leaves Scroll rectangle stamp used in title
• misc. velvet leaves found at my local hobby shop
• Miss Elizabeth's foam letter stickers (‘a', ‘t')
• misc. rhinestones
• Dymo Labelmaker
• misc. heart epoxy sticker
• misc. flower stickers

Instructions:

1. Use soft pink paper from Piggy Tales kit for the background and use a black pen to hand draw scrolls around the border.
2. Hand cut a flower from Piggy Tales floral patterned paper. Use a circle punch to make a center for the flower with a random piece of scrap paper. Place a heart sticker in the center.
3. Mount the photo and then adhere the flower in the lower left corner.
4. Place leaves and felt flowers to frame the edge of the photo. Glue rhinestones in the center of the felt flowers.
5. Use dimension adhesive on the arrow and adhere it in the title area of the layout.
6. Place your title elements along the right side of the photo.
7. Use some decorative stickers to add some whimsy to the title. I used some flower stickers from my stash.
