Step By Step: Play

by Sheredian Vickers (Jun 14, 2007)

Get out a sheet of cardstock, some strips of patterned paper, and three photos to create the layout, "Play." This layout is easy to replicate, as all of the products can be found in the Scrapjazz Megastore.

Supplies needed:

Instructions:

  1. Cut three pieces of coordinating patterned paper to the following sizes:

    1¼" x 12"

    1¼" x 11"

    6" x 8"

  2. Adhere the 1¼" x 12" strip 3¼" from the left side of the cardstock, in lengthwise position.
  3. Adhere the 6" x 8" piece of patterned paper 2" from the top of the cardstock and flush to the long strip of paper.
  4. Cut off a 1" diagonal piece from the 1¼" x 11" strip and adhere 3" from the bottom of the cardstock, overlapping the other papers.
  5. To make the photo mat, cut a 4½" x 6½" piece of coordinating cardstock and ink the edges.
  6. Adhere the photo mat 1½" from the left edge of the cardstock and flush to the bottom strip of patterned paper.
  7. Use letter stickers to make the title.
  8. Embellish with die-cut sticker, brads, and photo corners (all are in the Chatterbox Kit).
  9. Use a Sakura pen to journal in the open space.
