October 2006 Sketch Challenge
by Maegan Hall (Oct 3, 2006)
This month’s sketch holds two 4” x 6” vertical photographs, with a large bar of paper to the left of the layout for journaling. The title is under the photographs and includes three embellishments in a visual triangle. I specifically wanted to showcase how to flip, switch and double up on a sketch. |

Face Your Fears
by Jennifer Sizemore (Sep 29, 2006)

July 2006 Sketch Challenge
by Jessica Porter (Jul 4, 2006)
This month’s sketch is a one-page, two-photo layout. I like to keep my sketches very simple, so that I don’t feel restricted. With that in mind, I kept this layout open with plenty of space for embellishment, journaling, and a creative title. |

Inspiration @ the Hardware Store
by Jennifer Sizemore (May 23, 2006)
It is amazing the number of items I have purchased in hardware stores that have made it into my albums or projects. These treasures are sometimes used directly on the layout or project, and sometimes used in a technique on my projects. Here are a few areas to get your shopping started. |
