Rusty Pickle 2004
Rusty Pickle celebrated its 1 year anniversary this year. In the year since they've began, Rusty Pickle has created a big buzz in the scrapbooking world with their dynamic products and unique name. They built their business on the altered album concept, releasing "do it yourself" spiral bound albums. Rusty Pickle's embellishments include leather pieces with words and letters printed on the leather, walnut ink, rusty old keys, walnut inked tags in a variety of shapes and sizes, and authentic rivets and metal buttons from the garment industry. In 2004, Rusty Pickle has strived to meet the needs of scrapbookers across the world. With 81 new papers released at ACCI, there is truly "something for everyone." From their international papers covering Greece, Canada, Australia and Africa to new additions to their popular Americana papers. From the refreshing splashes of color in the Aloha line, the soothing palette of the inspirational papers, to their own funky twist on Halloween. In 2004 Rusty Pickle also released 8 new album styles that are pre-bound and perfect for mini gift books or technique-driven altered albums. Rusty Pickle is also venturing into rubber stamps. They found a way to offer ready to use unmounted stamps at low cost for scrapbookers. Five original stamp sets had their debut at HIA – and lots more followed at ACCI 2004. New alphabets, book labels, definitions, and coordinating stamps for the Aloha line were introduced. Also, an addition to their embellishments line includes lace trim to adorn album covers, altered projects and scrapbook pages with a touch of vintage femininity.
