Xyron Solutions Dispenser Products
Xyron Dispensers  Xyron’s adhesive and laminating machines have been a popular scrapbooking tool for quite a while now. This spring Xyron released a new line of products called Xyron Solutions. Included in this line are adhesive dispenser products that are not only quality products, but are also very handy! The Double-Sided Mounting Tabs, Mounting Tape, Magnet Tape, and Gold Photo Corners are just a few of the new products from Xyron. Each packaged in a handy little dispenser, they are portable, affordable, and easy to use!
 Double Sided Tabs
These two-sided tape tabs are uniquely shaped with one curved side and one flat side. This makes them easier to fit on the back of curved objects. By simply peeling back the blue tab, the double-sided tape tabs are a great way to adhere various page elements to your layouts. Some great uses for them are:
- Mounting photographs
- Mounting small embellishments
- Adhering vellum. The tabs are nearly invisible underneath vellum paper.
 Mounting Tape
The mounting tape is a fantastic adhesive. It’s extremely sturdy, and because it is a tape, you are able to cut as large or as small of a piece as you need for your project. By peeling off the top film of the tape, you are left with a strong, double-sided tape that is wonderful for adhering heavy or textured objects to you page. Some great times to use the Xyron Solutions Mounting Tape are:
- Crumpled cardstock or more textured paper that is hard to get to "stay"
- Pocket Pages
- Composition books. It holds the papers down to the book covers securely and smoothly.
- Altered books. The mounting tape keeps the objects (tags, photos, embellishments) nice and flat so the books close nicely.
 Magnet Tape
The Magnet Tape is truly a unique product to the scrapbooking world, but a fun one with lots of possibilities! One side of the tape is sticky, while the other is a magnet. Like the Mounting Tape, you cut the Magnet Tape to the size you need for your project. Some ideas for using the magnet tape are:
- Making refrigerator magnets from scrap supplies
- Mounting school projects and phone lists to the refrigerator
- Creating removable books that are "magneted" to the layout for extra photos
- Creating other removable layout parts
 Gold Photo Corners
I’m always looking for attractive photo corners. The Xyron Solutions Gold Photo Corners are a shiny gold that brings a little bit of sparkle to your page. These are great to use in cases where you want to adhere something to your page, but still want to be able to remove it later if necessary. They’re also a great decoration and added touch to a photograph. Some uses for the Gold Photo Corners are:
- Adding photographs that might need to be removed at a later date
- Adhering original photographs that you don't want to permanently adhere to a page
- Adhering photographs that have handwritten information on the back side of them
- Purely decoration! The gold corners dress up any photo!
