My Scraproom Organization
by Cindy deRosier (Aug 20, 2012)
One of the most common questions on the message board is about how to organize and store scrapbook supplies. The answer isn't simple, as there are as many ways of successfully organizing a scraproom as there are scrappers! I'd like to share with you what works for me.

Organization: Out in the Open
by Nora Noll (May 23, 2011)
I constantly wrestle with how to organize my supplies so that they will be used and easily accessed. Through trial and error, I have found that for me, if I can see it or can easily access it, I will be more apt to use it.

Scraproom Tour
by Patter Cross (Mar 21, 2011)
I have been paper crafting since 1997. Needless to say, my room has changed and moved several times. I have moved from a guest room, to a portion of our media room, and now to my own space just off the foyer of our home. Let’s look at where I started and where I am now.

Polly’s Kitschy Scrap & Craft Room
by Polly McMillan (Dec 7, 2010)
At last I’m happily settled in my very own space and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve surrounded myself with my kitschy, inspirational collectibles and organizational tools.

Scrap Room Tour: Mary Eason
by Rachel Myerson (Sep 7, 2010)
Mary Eason (mjbee) is one of my favorite scrappers and cardmakers here at Scrapjazz. I am thrilled to be able to take you on a virtual tour of Mary’s scrap room. Mary doesn’t have a big space, but she makes the most of it as you will see.

My Scrapbook Room
by Michelle Francis (Aug 5, 2010)
Three years ago, I told my husband I really wanted a nice place to scrapbook. He agreed, on one condition: that I share my space with him.

Scrap Room Tour: Perfectly Purple
by Georgina Hefferman (Jul 14, 2010)
Oh, how I love my craft room. It certainly isn’t the biggest craft room out there and it doesn’t look like something from a glossy magazine but it’s all mine and I love spending time in there.

Scrap Room Tour
by Andrea Steed (Mar 2, 2010)
Any office and scrapbook space goes through a natural evolution. In 2000, I began with a Rubbermaid tub and some floor space. Here’s a look at where I work now:

Where to Scrap: Finding the Right Spot in the House
by Rachel Myerson (Dec 3, 2008)
After several relocations throughout the house, a recent move to a new home gave me the opportunity to figure out where I really wanted to scrap and how to set up my space.

Everything in Reach, Everything in Sight
by Rachel Myerson (Jun 3, 2008)
I like to spread out when I scrap and have lots of things in reach. Here's how I keep all my stuff in sight and handy!

Guest Room Becomes Scrapping Paradise
by Karen Baxter (May 5, 2008)
The best thing to come out of an un-used guest room was a good excuse to get rid of the large bed that used to occupy the spare room and turn the space into my own scrapbook room.

Bin Organizer for Your Scrap Space
by Patter Cross (Mar 5, 2008)
Have you ever gotten rid of storage pieces from your child’s room? Hold off next time! Have you seen a great child’s storage unit at a garage sale but passed it up? Well, don’t! I am here to show you how I transformed my daughter’s toy bin for my scrap room.

Sisters Sharing Scrap Spaces
by Trish Dykes (Sep 2, 2007)
One person that I spend most of my creative time with is my sister, Tanya. Since we live only 15 minutes apart, I get to enjoy her fabulous new office and scrap space as well! Take a look at where we work...

Cozy & Clean
by Jennifer Sizemore (Aug 8, 2007)
About seven months ago, I broke the legs on my temporary "fix" table in my scrap space. That was the impetus I needed to completely re-do my space, using furnishings perfect for my needs.

Scraproom Evolution
by Tamara Wills (Jul 23, 2007)
As most scrappers do, I started at the dining room table with a plastic tote. However, last spring when my husband and I started to look for a new home I knew I wanted a craftroom. Let me show you around.

Crowded and Cluttered Scrapbook Room
by Karina Worlton (Jun 2, 2007)
There is no window in this little room, but I have plenty of counter space. I thought I had plenty of shelf and cupboard space, but as everyone knows, the amount of stuff you have will grow to fill all available space.

Need a Scrap Desk, Get a ScrapNcube
by Patter Cross (May 7, 2007)
In creating my new scrap space, I knew that I wanted to go vertical and I knew I wanted something transportable in case we moved. So, after much research and discussion, I went with the ScrapNcube.

My Perfect Spot
by Tara Daigle (Apr 13, 2007)
When we moved into our new home a few months ago, one of the things I was most excited about was being able to redesign my scrapbook space. I have set up a cozy space in the sitting area of my master bedroom that suits my needs perfectly.

My Family Studio
by Maegan Hall (Oct 9, 2006)
In our new house, we knew we wanted to make a great place for scrapbooking, but also wanted to utilize the room for homeschooling as well. We have accomplished that and more! My room has become a place where my family loves to hang out.

A Scrap Space to Avoid Overwhelm
by Tiffany Roberts (Sep 11, 2006)
I prefer to have all of my supplies stored away. I become a little overwhelmed if I’m surrounded by piles and boxes of goodies before I start a layout. Most of my storage options were chosen because they were attractive, inexpensive and easy to find.

Scrapbooking Ergonomics Part I: Scrapspace Organization to Save Your Neck
by Bianca Hoang (Aug 23, 2006)
Organizing your workspace can save you more than just time and aggravation. It can save your neck (and back, and eyes, and shoulders). When organizing your workspace, analyze the ergonomics of your workspace and how it fits you.

A Scrap Space for My Style
by Denise Gormish (Aug 9, 2006)
Style plays an important part in our scrapbooks. The choice of papers, tools and embellishments all depend on personal style. I have found that if I don’t have an item close at hand I am less likely to use it.

Contained and Collected
by Jessica Porter (Jul 3, 2006)
Like most scrapbookers, I started out small. I stored all of my supplies in plastic containers that were easily hidden under the couch. Then I “upgraded” to a small table with just enough room beside it for Target crates to hold my 12” x 12” paper. Then it happened. We moved. And, I got a room all for ME!

Sharing a Space: The Art of Concealing a Mess
by Erin Halla (Jun 12, 2006)
Now that I’m getting married and have moved my scrapping stuff into a tiny one-bedroom apartment with my fiancé, I actually have to clean up my scrap stuff when I’m done scrapping for the day and make sure the one desk that we share is usable for him too. Here's how I do it:

by Danette Schellhous (May 15, 2006)
I’ve had several family members and friends ask me where I get my organizational ideas and my answer is, “from other people!” These are the confessions of a copycat.
