Customer programs are here to help you as well. We have a wish list, and a reminder service available. The reminder service is similar to a gift registry, with a reminder email attached. This service helps those who want to get just the thing for you the opportunity to see what you want, and be reminded of those important events. We have an online fundraiser program for those out of the area so they can benefit 20% of sales from shopping online. Our customer rewards program, referral program & a fantastic newsletter round out some of our services. Serendipity Scrapbooks newsletter is not your ordinary newsletter. It not only contains what is new, what's coming, but suggestions, mini articles, and product knowledge & more monthly.

Our new forum & gallery await your layouts and projects. This is an area to share tips, inspire, learn & share. We do monitor it daily and plan to add sneak peaks from buying shows and in the future provide more contests for our clientele.

As we grow we will be bringing new things to the site, coming in June are Monthly kits, and project kits. This will not be a subscription service, but a kit program that you can buy or not month to month. The project kits will be surprises - they can be made up for yourself, made and given as gifts or sent as a project gift for the Scrapbooking/crafter of your choice to play with.

As we package each order with a treat & a hand written note, it is always with excitement and wonder of what these great items will turn out to be. We ship within 1-2 days priority mail for $4.95 up to $50 & FREE $50+ . International shipping is a global delivery rate, but goes out in the same 1-2 day time period.
