“Thanksgiving Centerpiece”
by Andrea Steed
Instructions: Cut a piece of patterned paper to the height of the can. If the paper does not wrap all the way around the can, attach a second piece to the end of the rectangle you have cut so that it is long enough to wrap completely around the can. Tear a piece of cardstock to create the bottom border. Use metallic rubs to age the torn edge and then adhere the border to the patterned paper. Apply the “Happy Thanksgiving” and brown netting stickers to create the top and middle border of your design. Next add the turkey stickers and additional leaf stickers. Wrap your design around the can and adhere it so that it stays in place. Finally add raffia and a sticker tag to complete the centerpiece.

“Merry Christmas Ornament”
by Andrea Steed
Instructions: Cover both sides of a CD-ROM with patterned paper. Add “Merry” sticker to the top portion. Next cut each letter of “Christmas” from the sticker sheet and adhere it around the bottom border. Add Poinsetta stickers to the center of the CD. Cut a strip of the Green Netting sticker to add a border between the words. Using a strong, quick-drying glue (hot glue works well) adhere gold cording around the outside of the CD. Wrap the CD with green ribbon, threading the ends inside the middle of the CD. It helps to glue the ribbon to the front of the CD to keep it in place. Thread the ends of the ribbon through the button hole of the gold button. Glue the button to the CD. Finally, attach gold cording to the center of the CD to complete the project.
