Acts of Kindness

I’m currently reading a book called the Five Love Languages by Gary Chapman. It’s an enlightening book helping people discover the love “language” they speak and how they feel most loved. Immediately I related to the first love language I read about—Words of Affirmation. Positive words and uplifting comments speak louder to me than expensive gifts or elaborate surprises. Words are the love language I respond best to, so it’s fitting that I’m a big fan of the Carma Design stickers called “Acts of Kindness.”

These uplifting sticker sheets are colorful strips of seven stickers filled with positive and heartwarming messages for all of the people in your life. Each sticker is completely removable from all surfaces so they can be literally stuck anywhere! They’re the perfect little treat to find on the bathroom mirror, your husband’s computer monitor, the gallon of milk in the refrigerator, or even in your kiddo’s lunchbox. The many different themed sheets give you seven days of “acts of kindness” messages.

At only $2 per sheet and $15 for an entire set, it’s a small price to pay to make someone’s day. In addition to spreading kindness to individuals through their products, Carma Design also donates 5% of the profits for this product to a special national agency called Child Advocates (also called CASA in come cities). The agency works with volunteers from the community to provide a voice for abused and neglected children in the dependency system. The stickers are assembled by a unique work force at the Catholic Charities. At the end of the day, Carma Design is in business to spread kindness, and they use their day to day business interactions to promote that mission.

Besides being wonderful daily *smiles* in someone’s day, these stickers can be used to create note cards for friends and family or as accents on scrapbook pages. Add some kindness to someone’s day with Acts of Kindness.
