I've been married for 20 years (21 in July), and we have 2 children.  I've been scrapbooking and stamping for 8 1/2 years, and I've taught classes and workshops in both.  I was a demo for 2 direct sales stamp companies, and I've been a member of several design teams.  I also worked in the craft industry for 5 years.  Before raising a family, I was a school teacher for 13 years; and that's probably why I enjoy teaching classes and workshops so much.

My favorite subjects for scrapbooking are my children, of course, and my style is usually simple but not boring.  I believe that the focus of a layout should always be the photos and the journaling.

I'm thrilled to be a contributing writer for Scrapjazz, and I hope the members enjoy reading my articles as much as I enjoy writing them.
