Laura Arellano-Weddleton
Laura Arellano-Weddleton has been scrapbooking since she was in the eighth grade, in 1999. When she discovered scrapbooking, it just seemed to "click," since she'd been saving ephemera, taking pictures, and journaling about her experiences nearly her entire life. Laura took time off after high school to focus on her writing, which, along with scrapbooking, is one of her greatest passions. She's currently a first year student at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX, where she's majoring in Art History and Psychology. She's not sure exactly where that will take her, but she's excited about all the possibilities. In addition to writing for Scrapjazz, Laura works at Recollections, a chain of scrapbooking stores in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. She loves sharing her passion with others, especially getting new scrappers started in the hobby!
