I started scrapbooking over five years ago when I made "thank you" scrapbooks for my mother and mother-in-law as gifts for my wedding and my style has been evolving ever since. A photographer at heart, I'm always trying to come up with new ways to creatively display my pictures, but most of all I love sharing my ideas with others, so I am absolutely thrilled to be able to write for Scrapjazz! I'm also a big believer in sketches and their timesaving power. Plus, I find doodling down ideas for layouts to be a tremendous stress reliever. And since I tend to be more comfortable with a mouse in my hand, as opposed to a pair of scissors, I also create digital scrapbook layouts in addition to "traditional" ones. When I'm not scrapping, I enjoy traveling, genealogy and watching movies and football. I'm also big music fan and as such tend to weave lyrics and/or song titles into my scrapbook layouts.
