Scrapjazz Welcomes Scrapbook.com as New Owners

We're excited to announce that Scrapbook.com has acquired Scrapjazz.com and ScrapTutor.com. Under their new ownership, they will continue to provide great resources for scrapbookers through these web sites, preserving and building upon each site's great history.

We have worked closely with Scrapbook.com for the past several years. We have tremendous respect for them both professionally and personally. We're looking forward to what the future holds for Scrapjazz and Scrap Tutor under their care.

We've always been proud of the atmosphere and the quality resources available through Scrapjazz and Scrap Tutor. We know Scrapbook.com also values the people and passion that define these wonderful web sites.

Scrapjazz.com simply wouldn't be what it is today without each one of you. Your passion for scrapbooking and your contributions to our site have helped shape its path and will take it into the future. For this, we say "thank you" from the bottom of our hearts.

Now, a letter from our friend, and the new owner of Scrapjazz and Scrap Tutor, Jill Davis, Co-founder of Scrapbook.com:

"Over the past several years, I have developed an immense amount of respect and admiration for Ben and Andrea and for the wonderful site they have built here at Scrapjazz.com. When the opportunity arose to integrate their wonderful company into ours, I didn't think twice. We have worked closely with Ben and Andrea from the time they launched Scrapjazz and we have always felt a sense of kinship with them.

Both companies share a similar origin and vision. Each one was founded by husband-wife teams and was launched out of home offices. Both have built successful businesses and uplifting online communities of people who share a passion for scrapbooking. Both companies owe much of their success to the strength and support of family as well as outstanding employees, contributors and community members.

The combination of the two companies allows Scrapbook.com to provide new services for Scrapjazz users, while simultaneously integrating Scrapjazz's offerings into the Scrapbook.com site.
