4 Perfect Pearl Pigments Julia Andrus presents Perfect Pearls, the complete embellishing pigment kit. Use the Perfect Pearls Aged Patina Kit to create imitation hardware, metal embellishments, luminous stone effects and natural aged looks. Combine these soft, lustrous colors for time-worn looks on scrapbook pages, cards, clay and more. Perfect Pearls is specially developed with a resin added and can be used wet or dry. There is nothing to mix, just add water to set. Mix with other mediums for radiant results.
