Ugh. I used this for a couple of years before selling it on ebay. If you're not careful when you push down on the center spring, the cutter can shift and result in an "imperfect" (ie. the cuts don't line up) circle.

Don't buy this- used mine a few times and in the trash it went. Wouldn't even sell it at my garage sale. I couldn't do that to a fellow scrapper.

It took awhile to learn how to use but now it is very easy, and cuts perfect circles
|

This is another cutter that did not live up to my expectations. I bought this before I bought the Coluzzle nested circle template which is so much easier. I threw mine away.

This is the most frustrating scapbooking tool I own. I hate to use it on pictures becasuse 9 out of 10 times it messes up and ruins the picture. It almost never cuts a full circle. Don't even bother trying if the piece of paper you are cutting the circle from is small. It will just turn your paper in a circle and not cut it at all. I wish I could send this POS back to Fiskars.
