Each of these roles help form the richly complex whole person you are! This life of yours is worth celebrating! The Book of Me showcases these roles and life experiences by giving them their own sections in a scrapbook. What's so special about The Book of Me? It's an interactive guide, leading you with hundreds of Memory Prompts that engage your memories and dreams. The Book of Me provides a structured framework for creating an entire scrapbook about yourself. It also provides examples of what Angie included in her own Book of Me scrapbook. Pros: Great journaling prompts
Cons:

This book helped me focus on getting the 'real' story of me onto paper and into my books so I will have a reminder of the different stages of my life. Definitely recommend this book!

Pros: Great way to get started on your BOM
Cons:

This book is wonderful when you are first starting your BOM. You can use it like a workbook, making notes in it to reference later. The journaling ideas and page ideas are really good. Not all of the information applies to each person...but you can skip those areas easily. Well worth the money!

Pros: great idea book
Cons:

This book has tons of prompts, journaling ideas, and quotes to jumpstart your own Book. This book is the one that started the current all about me trend in scrapbooking today. It takes this craft to a new level of introspection and legacy-leaving.

Pros: Well organized, paint a whole picture of yourself
Cons: all good

The Book of Me is great. Not only are areas all well research, the author is very helpful if you e-mail her with questions. Makes a great class. Believe it or not I like her new book "Growing Up Me" just as much if not more it is great for working with kids. Well worth the time and money. Helps create a great scapbook to give my daugher someday.

Pros: clear, concise, good
Cons:

It's about time someone thought about the person who is always compiling the scrapbook! I have a hard time asking anyone to take photos of me, the photographer most of the time. This book gives me permission to ask. It also gives me permission and encouragement to talk about myself--my favorite person! Yes--go on! Admit it---we are all our favorite person.....we have just been trained by society that it isn't polite to talk about yourself. But who will know anything about us if we don't tell someone?

Pros: My life is worth sharing with those I love.
Cons:

Before I got this book, I didn't really get the concept. I mean, why would I scrap about me? And who would care? Well - after buying this book, I understood why. When I'd completed a few LOs about me, and my DD asked me to read the journaling and share the stories with her, I grew to understand that it IS important to my family that they know more about me. And that I'm the only one who is able to completely and accurately (for now, anyway) tell MY story. It's a must have for every scrapper!

Pros: Wonderful source to get yourself into your pages
Cons:

This book has helped my journaling so that I tell the whole story behind the photos. It also reminds me to get into the pages and to tell the story about me. I think my future generations will be glad to have the info and thanks to Angie's book, it will go a whole lot easier.

Pros: True encouragement to all scrappers!
Cons:

This book encouraged me to take time to give of myself as a legacy... it promotes the good within yourself to leave the good the bad and the ugly for your children to learn from. After reading this book, I was able to sit down, without guilt, recall my life and my loves in my life and then document it, scrap it, journal it. Angie Pedersen did an excellent job and she definitely set a trend for sticker and embellishment production and articles written in all the major magazines! I've read it once and reading it again! I recommend it for anyone who calls themselves a "scrapper".

Pros: Great Idea!
Cons:

Without this book, I would of never thought to scrapbook myself. My scrapbooks were full of my family, yet it was hard to find even a picture of me! I was always behind the camera, and behind the layout. The Book of Me has taught me to celebrate myself! My daughters will now know who their Mommy was, long after I am gone. This book has also given me great ideas on how to start, and what to do, to celebrate a very important person, me! Smile
