I used this at CHA in January!! LOVE IT!! Can't wait to get it!! I have, in the past, used the silent setter - but this will replace it!! This setter is UNIVERSAL to all eyelets!! Very easy to use, you only have to squeeze - no pressure!! HOORRAYYY!! Can't wait!! Plus, the selection of eyelets that THEY have is great too!!

punches easy, easy to use, sets silently

Cons:

NONE!

It sets quietly, easily and adjusts for multiple size eyelets and hole sizes, no extra parts and very user friendly. I no longer need my clickit or silent setter.

You can't set an eyelet further than 2" from edge
Is it easy to use? Yes. Does it have all the punches and eyelet setters you need? Yes. But it can't set an eyelet further than 2" from the edge of the page!! My pages are 12"x12"!! Who can really use this?? What are you scrapbooking on? Grocery receipts??

Pros:

Very easy to use

Cons:

Limited reach
I love this tool. It punches holes in anything, even chipboard, with ease. It sets eyelets very easily and neatly. The only drawback is that you can only set eyelets or punch with several inches (tops) of the edge of the paper you are working on. If you set eyelets farther in the page, you need an anywhere set in addition to this.

Sorry if I'm off here, because this isn't a product review, but a suggestion.
Although I haven't used it yet, it looks to be a good idea. For those who are having problems with the fact that it doesn't reach further, try this idea: add your grommet/eyelets/embellishments with it to a separate piece of stock, then attch the stock anywhere on your page as you normally would with adhesive. Gives you the flexibility of the eyelets for whatever reason you want, and adds dimension to your project.

Pros:

One Tool for MANY functions
Cons:
can be tough to use the first time
On the Con side:
Save the back of the package as it has the necessary settings that are needed to use this tool.
Make sure the MALE SIDE is up when you use it---otherwise it will break and the warranty will be cancelled.
On the PRO Side:
I love that you just need one tool. This is great if you go to crops or travel w/ your supplies. I love that the hole punch has TWO sizes AND a guide so you can set exactly how far you want the hole in on the paper.
Handle is comfortable and takes a normal amount of pressure to use.
