Shipping Charges

For standard shipping in the Contiguous United States, Scrapjazz.com charges a flat-rate $3.99 per shipment. For all other shipments, charges are calculated based on total package weight and shipping method selected.

If you would like to know your shipping cost before entering in your personal information, you may use the "shipping calculator" in the shopping cart. Simply input your zip code, state and country, select your preferred shipping method, and click the "Apply" button. The calculator will show you the shipping charges before you are required to enter billing or payment information.

  • Next-Day Shipping - Contiguous U.S. Only. UPS Next-Day Air. Guaranteed 1 business day.
  • Postal Shipping - AK, HI, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO and U.S. Territories. 3-15 business days.
  • International - For all Canada, UK, Australia, etc. orders. USPS 5-25 business days
  • Downloadable - Instant access. For downloadable/digital products.

    NOTE: Next-Day, 2-Day and 3-Day packages have priority status and we pack and ship them first. If you are in a hurry, please select one of these methods. Orders placed with Next-Day, 2-Day or 3-Day shipping will be sent on the same day the order is placed ONLY if the order is received before 12:00 noon MST on a business day (non-holiday and non-weekend). If the order is received 12:00 noon MST or on a non-business day, the order will be shipped the next business day.

    In the event of security alerts, inclement weather, or other unforeseen and adversarial events, the United States Postal Service (USPS) and the United Parcel Service (UPS) do not guarantee delivery dates. However, such events are rare.

    We track and insure your order for your protection. In the unlikely event that an order is damaged, misdirected, or lost in transit, you must contact the USPS or UPS directly to report it. You should also notify us if you receive products damaged in shipping. Please photograph the damaged package and products, if possible. We will make sure you are taken care of.

    *** PLEASE NOTE: The United States Postal Service does not offer tracking or delivery confirmation services for international deliveries. Therefore, we cannot not be responsible for lost or delayed packages. In addition, because of this restriction you may be prevented from utilizing the order tracking features on Scrapjazz.com. Please contact us here if you are an international customer and your package has not arrived within 45 days.

    Shipping Destinations

    International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

    You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to your destination country. International orders (shipped to countries outside of the United States) may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are levied once a shipment reaches your country and must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and canít predict what they may be. Customs fees and policies are different from country to country and can change regularly. You should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required by your country, it can cause delays beyond our delivery estimates.

    Processing Times

    From the time your order is received by our warehouse, it normally takes from 2 hours to 2 business days for the order to be processed, packed, and prepared for shipping. "Next-Day", "2-Day" and "3-Day" packages are given priority status and are packed and shipped first. If you are in a hurry, please select one of our expedited methods. These orders will are shipped out on the same day they are ordered if the order is placed before 12:00 noon MST on a business day. They will ship the next business day if they are placed after 12:00 noon MST.

    Please note that if your shipping address is different from your billing address, there may be shipping delays if we determine that we need additional information from you to ensure that the order is not fraudulent.

    Order Tracking

    As soon as your order ships from our warehouse, we will email you with complete information on what was shipped along with a tracking number. The tracking number can be used to track your package in transit. If you have already placed an order and would like to track it, you can also track your order directly from our website.     Return Policy

    We have a 60-day, no questions asked, 100% Money-Back Guarantee! If you are unhappy with any product you receive, you may return it, undamaged and unopened, within 60 days of the date we shipped it. We will cheerfully refund your purchase price. We encourage you to inspect the contents of your package(s) as soon as your order is delivered to ensure that you have plenty of time to take advantage of our 60-day refund policy.

    To qualify for the refund, product(s) must arrive at our warehouse within 60 days of the original shipment and in the same condition we shipped it - unopened, unused, and undamaged. Please repack the products carefully for the return trip to avoid damage in transit. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged in transit will not be accepted for return and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. If you believe there will be a problem with the product reaching us within the 60-day period, contact our customer service department to make special arrangements. We're here to help and to work with you to find a solution.

    For our customers' protection, we maintain a very high level of quality control on products shipped out of the Scrapjazz.com warehouse. Once in a great while a customer will inform us that they open a product packaged by the manufacturer and the product is defective. In the event you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately, and we will give you the directions on how to contact the manufacturer for a replacement product or in some cases, we will ship you a replacement.

    If the return is due to our error, we will, of course, pay your return shipping costs.

    Backorders / Out of Stock Items

    It is not the standard policy of Scrapjazz.com to accept backorders for items. If, due to unforeseen events, an item that is ordered is found to be out of stock when the order is being pulled for shipment, the amount of the item ordered will be refunded back to the credit card used to purchase the order.
