Description: Well, I've been saving this vellum poem for a long time. . . this seemed to be the perfect book to add it to! I heat embossed the chip board swirl with a bright orange powder, and I heat embossed the leaves, bird, and butterfly in a dark blue, then I sprinkled perfect pearls on top and melted it into the powder, and used utee over all of them. I painted the flowers with perfect pearls and sprayed them with some mist and added a few extra flowers on the side. I tore the edges and distress with a little orange ink and did a little spraying. The top background paper is so pretty I just couldn't bear to do anything to it (it's from Close to My Heart), the stamp effect was already there. . . :-)
