Good web site, lots of selection! Quick responses to inquiries. My only suggestion is to ship in cardboard boxes or cardboard-reinforced envelopes, my 12x12 papers were shipped with heavier items in a manila bubble envelope which resulted in very wrinkled paper (instant aging!).

I know that they just swicthed to pizza boxes for shipping paper. I just got mine in a pizza box. They totally went that route. My past order was shipped with a bubble envelope and cardboard and there weren't problems.

Only 70% of my order was in-stock. It never arrived to me when promised. I got a refund but it wasn't for the full amount and I am still waiting to be reimbursed for the remainder of my missing items.
