My husband first signed me up for a Christmas gift as a three month subscription. I did not have to deal with ordering the first kit and when I asked some questions I got quick responses. In dealing with this second kit it has been nothing but trouble. It takes several days to get a e-mail response back from them. It is the 23 of March and I still have not heard anything from them. I am not happy with the communtication I am getting and while I was considering siging up for the Hybrid club they offer I will not do that. There appears to be no organization.
