Very unfriendly customer service. Snapfish mistakenly deleted my photo albums (many of which were my only copies) without warning. When I brought this to their attention, they were unapologetic about their error, and blamed me. Very sad.

I developed my own film at my mom's family photo store for 13 years (until she sold out) so I am very picky as I know how time and caring affect photo quality. Online the color and quality looked good, however upon receiving the pic's and neg's in the mail I found that Snapfish had coated the neg's with some sort of substance which trapped major lint on the surface of the neg's. The pictures therefore were spotted with lint. I was very unsatisfied.
