I got back from a trip to Las Vegas for the NASCAR race and got the pics developed at WinkFlash and could not be happier with the quality and the prices. I would recommend WinkFlash to anyone.

I've used WinkFlash since June 1994 and have never had a problem. It's a great company. They even have a summer special...FREE SHIPPING! That's when I order prints all summer long. You can't go wrong. They are the best!

Had a terrible experience with WinkFlash. Claim they "mailed" my order two over a week ago and no pictures. A call to customer "no" service was dissapointing. Took three calls to get through after being cut off at their closing time and getting non-stop busy signals. The agent on the phone was rude and acted like this was my problem. Offered no resolution or offer to make it right. I had to demand a refund. Now my Christmas cards are late because my order didn't arrive and I have had to re-print the pictures locally at 3x the price. Very dissapointed.

Winkflash Customer Service sucks. I loved it at first, I mean it's cheap and quick. But when you don't recieve your pictures in 20 DAYS you can NOT get a hold of an actual person.....where the hell is their customer service?

UPDATE to 12-12-05 Post I received my pictures yesterday 1-3-06. The postage affixed by a machine was dated 12-2. The package was severely damaged and had been wet. A not handwritten on the package by the post office and dated 1-3-06 indicated package was received damaged. Pictures were very poor quality without respect to the damage. I had ordered white borders and the border was uneven around the perimeter. Like the picture was not centered on the paper. Color was terrible. None of this matters now because they are in the trash since the pictures were for Christmas Cards and I had already reprinted the pictures locally.
