I went to this retreat last October for the first time and loved it. I am signed up to go again in April and I can't wait.

I attended a retreat in March of 2004 and one of the other attendees had ALL of her supplies stolen. I'd be wary of their security. The coordinators didn't seem to be all that concerned about addressing and/or rectifying the situation. The rest of the attendees were kind of left in the dark. Can you imagine losing all of your supplies!?!?

I've been to better retreats. The co-owners are not all that friendly. I, too, am aware of the woman who had her supplies stolen. Most of the food is home-made. The goody bags are old scrapbook supplies. They have a small store where items are really marked up. There's lots of other options in the Chicago area rather than this team.
