Site charges extra fees for downloading "claims" it is to save customers money... NOT THE CASE.... some of the product is very behind the times... not impressed so far

I am very impressed with some of the designs at Scrapbookers Playground. If you're looking for something that's not run of the mill, this is a good place to find it.

I really liked that site. I purchased some kits (I just love Katie Mann's kits) and had problems with paypal, but customer service fixed that problem in no time. Very friendly and professional.

Oh that is not true at all. I've gotten several kits from this site and they are all very much what is in and I've posted my layouts to several groups and everyone that commented is very impressed with the kits I've used.

This site is very nice, especially if you are looking for something a bit out of the ordinary, though they do have traditional designs too. I have found them to be friendly and helpful, and the new way of charging the processing fee actually does make sense if you really read it and understand it. Geri

Great kits, including for boys older than 4 (finally! lol). These kits let me digi-scrap my life and my pages look great, even though I'm a busy mom with limited time. I like that I can buy "artsy" sets to "common sense" sets from different artists, all at one place.

Tried it, didn't like it... moving on. Fine if you want "beginner looking" sets. The flash animation is also annoying.

The administration fees are a bit over the top, since they are supposed to offset the Paypal fees and are much more than Paypal charges.
