Description: I know this isn't really a card, but I think it still fits the category. This is an envelope I made to "wrap" a gift certificate I am giving as a gift for a bridal shower. It is just a legal size envelope - cut the top off, stamp on it, and crimp the bottom part. Insert the bottom into the top - and you have gift wrap! I got the instructions and idea from www.splitcoaststampers.com
Congratulations is embossed in silver. I stamped the bottom with a large background stamp. I sponged ink on the top part to make it colored.
