My Paper Storage - Revisited

I have something very similar to that system, I bought it at the container store (www.thecontainerstore.com), except mine is not on wheels, although I'd much rather it be!

Very nice system. I really like it. Is the cart a "current" Costco find? If so I might just have to think about this system- however, I am worried because I live in the desert and it is SO dusty here!!! (In fact that is the problem with my current system, I am afraid that unless I make a "skirt" for it that my paper is going to fade.

hmmmm....I am thinking you need another one. One for patterned and one for cs.

I have been storing my scaps like that for a while and have even purchased different colored folders to help me indentify the different shades of paper. I think you are right, this is still the most effective way to store the papers and have a great overview. Now to use them up, that's an entirely different story.

I'm always searching for a system that will allow me to go through the papers without damaging the edges! This looks nice!

This is great! I think I'd fill it up right away with all of my paper! It's an addiction for me. "Must have that new paper! Ooooh, that too!" LOL Someone needs to make a filing cabinet that will work for 12X12 paper. You know, like regular office filing cabinets. I need one with about 3 drawers! Anyone know if it exists?

Great idea! I envy your restraint, paper is my weakness, would need several of these carts. My joke is if the house ever caught fire it would smoulder for days and days around my paper stash. If the heat ever goes out this winter we have plenty of fuel to keep us warm. TFS Dar
