Description: I did this layout for Nora's vintage challenge. I always loved this picture of my aunt when she was about 18 years old. I think she was very pretty and from her stories I know that she had so many dreams when she was young. That is the theme of this layout. The journaling is about the fact that my aunt had many dreams, but not many of them became true. WWII made it even harder for them, but it started when she was not allowed to go to highschool because she was a girl. Then the war came and her husband got missed only 3 months after the wedding. My aunt did not let anything destroy her life. She built up a new on all be herself after the war and she had a hard life, but a real good one.
