Description: We (my friend and I) took a walk around town, while the guys went to the British Open. It's such a beautiful town! I found this felt fence and just had to use it. I used gold embossing powder behind the fence in patches, painted white prima flowers with a few colors of perfect pearls (mixed with water to make paint), the tiny roses were also white before I painted them. I painted over the leaves with the gold perfect pearls to match, and of course had to use rub ons!
