Beatles is a very
special song. It really
speaks to what marriage
is all about – remembering
all the important people in
your life, but knowing who
is first – who you’ll love
more. So Andrew and I decided
to “bookend” our wedding with
this song – it was the first song
played in the ceremony prelude
and it was the last song we danced
to at the reception. It was a truly memorable moment – all of our
friends and family surrounded us in a circle on the dance floor as Andrew &
I danced in the middle. When the song was over, the DJs called for a group hug and everyone came into the center for a giant hug before Andrew and I left for the inn. In My Life holds so much meaning to us that we have the lyric “In my life, I love you more” engraved inside our wedding bands.
