Mommy went to the hospital on Sunday night the 18th so the Doctor could help start her labor, but nothing happened, until early Monday morning, when the Dr. gave Mommy some medicine to help her get you out. Mommy had a long labor 11 hrs. and Daddy helped to make her comfortable. Grandma, Grandpa, Uncle Solie and Uncle Danny was there too. We were all so excited that you would be coming soon. Mommy got a little sick while she was waiting for you to be born, so when you were born, you were a little sick too.You came into the world at 2:09 am, Tue. July 20th, weighing 8 lbs 3 oz. and you were 20in. long. Daddy shot the video and Grandma took the pictures. Daddy got to cut your umbilical cord. Daddy and Mommy were so proud. You were so cute and you cried right away. I think you were hungry. Since you had an infection you had to stay in the hospital for a few weeks to get medicine. Mommy and Daddy stayed with you at the hospital for the first week, that you were in the NICU- a special place were sick little babies get better. You are getting better everyday. Grandma and Mommy think you look like Daddy. You liked to drink your bottle and you slept for 4hrs. at a time. Mommy and Daddy came to see you everyday and got to hold, feed and change you. Everyone was praying for you to get well real fast, because we all wanted you to come home so we could hug and kiss you. The whole family is so excited about you Aidan !!! We all love you very much !!!!
