Description:Well I know I won't be getting any compliments on how "I" looked the day I gave birth! (LOL, I just read the comments on Amy's layout.) This is my little Gabe on the day he was born...I just love these photos. The background paper was too "solid" for me so I sanded it thoroughly. I'm not sure why the widest fiber in the upper left corner looks purple...it's just as blue as the rest of them. Hmmm...

Ok, I take that back...I looked in my personal little sketchbook and this is based somewhat on a layout I sketched from one I saw in a mag (I didn't write down which one). It's not a BH sketch.

Your photos are terrific. I wish I had some photos of my son on the day he was born. What a memory it is to treasure. I like the look of the sanded paper. It's a great effect. Wonderfully made.

I think you did such a great job. I have been struggling with trying to do Kade's birth because I couldn't decide on the way to do it-- too much happened that day to put on 2 pages! But you did such a good job! Don't be surprised (or offended) if I model mine off yours. I really think you did a great job!
Great lLO, I added it to my favorites. Looks like it could be a BH design, it is very nice, I like the squares on the lower right side. The sanding is just right too!!! TFS
