As everyone in our area knows, the 1st day of spring is cause for celebration. Why? It's free ice day at Rita's, of course! It just isn't spring until we taste that yummy, creamy Italian Ice! It amazes me that even though I never tried it until my children were born, I now can't imagine spring and summer without Rita's ices, custards and Misto's. We (heart) Rita's!

I have stock of rita's in the freezer at all thime durning the season, My favs are BB, rasp, grape and Misto's are to die for.
