Description: A tag I made for the Stamp Camp I had at my house this past weekend (I am a Stampin' Up! demonstrator). You can't tell in the picture, but Frosty's head is behind a glitter window. You basically punch the circle, place packing tape behind it with the adhesive facing out, and rub ultrafine glitter (such as Dazzling Diamonds glitter by SU!) over the adhesive until it isn't sticky anymore. Then you adhere your stamped image behind the glitter window and you are good to go! :)
