Description:I had so much fun using this Capetown paper from Scenic Route! This is Charlotte on her 4th birthday. We went to a paint your own ceramic art place. She had a lot of fun! Thanks for looking!
Nora :)
Your fourth birthday was on a Tuesday this year. It was a nasty, cold, gray day but I wanted to make sure that you had a special day to remember. You and I went to gymnastics and then joined Aunt Jen, Kyle and Sydney at a paint your own pottery place. You, Sydney and Kyle stamped your hand on coasters, a special Christmas surprise for Meema and Peepa. After you finished the coaster, I let you pick out something else to create. You really wanted to paint a snowman but I steered you away from it. It was too expensive! You settled on a plate and had fun painting with Kyle and Sydney.
I had a lot of fun watching all three of you create your projects. Each had a different method. Sydney did free for all with paint everywhere, using a few different colors on her gingerbread man. You and Kyle were a little more careful. You just wanted to paint using your brush at first but when you saw Kyle stamp, you decided to go over to the stamp drawer and choose one. You chose to stamp a cat head all around the outside of the plate. It was a masterpiece when it was done! Then we went home and ate triscuit pizza’s-your favorite!
