Description:I was supposed to get this done by the first but I had such a hard time doing the journaling! That is a self portrait-the one that I brought to Scrap ETC for Carrie's class and never used! Thanks for looking!

Being a member of the Scrapjazz Blue Crew has been a dream of mine since I put my application in last year. When I found out I was in the running on March 23, 2006, I was shocked and excited at the same time. I called my husband Chris for support and told him I was hoping beyond hope that I would make it. I knew if I didn’t, I would be devastated.
A few hours later, I was scrapping at my desk and I got a call from Andrea with the news. She was picking me for one of the new Blue Crew spots. I didn’t say much but I do remember telling her;
“I feel like I have won the lottery!”
And in my mind I have. This community has been my home for the last 3 ½ years. It has helped me grow not only as a scrapper but also as a person. It is an honor and a privilege to say I am a member of this design team.
