Description: One of the elements in this week's COW was to use vellum and I've been waiting a long time to recycle the vellum from an old card as the words are so significant. My Mom loved flowers and we often wandered around local parks in our neighbourhood. When I look back on all these old photos I can't help but smile remembering how she always carried that little shoulder bag with a couple of dollars tucked inside with the hope that our evening strolls would end at the Dairy Queen. Rest in Peace, Mom.
