Description: This is from two Valentine's ago and I still hadn't scrapped them.
The heart with flourishes, the frame and the words were all cut with SCAL, with designs that I made for a Valentine's Day kit that is available in my Etsy shop, DigiCuts Designs.
I used only stash stuff for this Valentine's layout as well. The paper are all scraps The bling from Dollarama.
