Description:Proof that we built it! :) These are photos of Ben and I (mostly Ben) building my new scrap desk. Don't you just love those safety goggles?

"Ben! I need a desk that can hold all of my scrapbooking stuff. Can we please look for a new desk for my office?"
"We don't need to buy one. I'll build you a custom desk. You'll never find a desk that will work for all of your stuff. I can do it."
"Well...okay...if you think you can do it. Just be sure it's strong enough. Those magazines, my computer and scanner, and all of my supplies are really heavy."
"Don't forget your safety goggles!"
"This thing is huge!"
"Oh good, it stands up on its own! I was afraid it might be too top-heavy. Now the real question...will it hold everything?"
"After a two-day project, here's the finished product. Finally a desk to hold all of my stuff, and it doesn't take up too much room. Thanks Ben! I promise I'll try to keep my stuff put away now!"

Wow, great LO and a great desk too! My BIL is making me a desk & cupboards for my scraproom, but I don't think it is going to be quite as 'scrap friendly' as yours!
Wow, Andrea! This is incredible ... I am so jealous! I just never have enough room for all my stuff. You are one lucky girl! Great layout ... love the pics and the colours.
How fun and playful. I saw your posted pictures of that desk and it is wonderfully made!!! I liked reading the journaling on this page :) The patterned paper and the fibers look very nice. Great story to share!!
take care,
Dawn
