Description:This is our home in the UK, the view from the window, and a print of it from Google Earth. I paper-pieced the owls myself by drawing a shield shape free-hand, then using my leaf punch with the stem trimmed off for the wings and outer eyes, my hole punch for the inner eyes, and 3 petals from my mini flower punch for the feet. I cut felt for the beaks, the arrow and the flower.
The paper is Scenic Route and the card-stock is DCWV.
Wow...I was just thinking the very thing when looking at your layout, ..that it looks like Google earth,...and what a Great shot to print out to complete the layout and the thought...Well Done...! I luv it...:)
omg! this is so great! Love how u used materials meant 4 other things to make those owls-they are too cute 4 words! i never woulda dreamed that up in a million years! =) and the flower is a great touch too! Love the idea of google earth for your house and the title for this challange!
