Description: I cleaned out my scrap tray today and these strips and circles fell on my desk pretty much just like this. I liked the way they looked, so glued them down on a piece of white card stock, added some rub ons, stamping, embellishments and this photo of my kid's cousin's cousin (got that? LOL), and there yo have it!
