Description: I haven't uploaded for awhile so I thought I'd post a few again.
I am happy with how this one turned out though the color is really really bad in the scan. I tired to adjust it but I don't know if that made it better or worse.
What I do like about it is the way the title came out both in looks and in the words and what they mean to us on this trip. It was a fall get away for us right on my birthday weekend and right after the hustle of school had hit us all hard so it was a "family retreat" where we got couped up in this tiny cabin and played cards games and laughed a ton. what a great time of bonding we had.
I also like the hidden jouranling under the cabin. That photo lifts to reveal the journaling and another photo of the kids by the falls.
There is another page that goes with this but it is nothing special so I will only post the left side of this two page spread.

ps bad photo of me but you use what you have right or later the family will forget you were even there! LOL
DS #2 age 10 took the photo. I've got to teacher him to say when he is ready to push the shutter so I can quite talking. Ü
