Katie & Nicole decided to have a lemonade stand. Being of good business minds, they also decided to sell chips and candy on the side :)
They set up business just outside our management office and in front of the mailboxes. They say it's "location, location, location"... And obviously it's true! Those kids pulled in $51.00 that afternoon!!
With the proceeds, they paid back all start up debts and enjoyed the rest of the pure profits. And here I thought... hopefully they'll each make a couple bucks!
