Journaling: A benefit concert to support action against poverty in the world. There were ten simultaneous concerts held worldwide. We were lucky to have one in Philly. Live 8 was held on the 20th anniversary of Live Aid. In total, over 1000 musicians performed. The 7 hour long event had over 1.5 million guests (should have seen the lines to get on the trains-scary!)
Also listed bands/musicians who were at the event and a story about SEPTA (trains/buses) and the chaos that ensued.
