Description: Have to share my filing system! I got multi-color index cards and two files. One file is sorted by theme, one by color. The different color index cards represent different types of supplies. I take pics of everything with my digital then print out contact sheets and put the pic on the corresponding card. I don't always do it right away, but I make a card up and when I get enough new pics I'll print up a sheet and adhere them to their cards. Its really helpful so if I'm working with a specific color or theme I can remember some of my supplies. I have the supplies sorted into paper, stickers, embellies, letters and tools/misc. It has worked well so far, and just glad I came up with something that worked for me!
